A massive thank you to Richard Nelson from Melbourne Hot Sauce for sending me 7 fantastic bottles of chilli sauce to try out.
Out of the 7, I decided I would start with Habanero Roja made with 36% habanero chillies. It’s a vibrant red and very fruity hot sauce and uses only a few ingredients allowing the natural sweetness and heat of the habanero chillies to shine through and do their thing.
