Another fantastic sauce from Melbourne Hot Sauce. Again a big thank you to Richard Nelson for sending them over to me to try. This time it’s his Chipotle BBQ – a 2017 International Scovie Award Winner no less.
As the only chilli in the mix is chipotle the sauce is a mild one – in fact there’s no heat to it at all. But that’s the whole point – it’s not meant to be hot. The flavour is superb – deep, sweet & smoky – and went particularly well with my beef burger I’ll have you know.
