Guess what was posted through my door the other day? 2 slices of bread, butter, hot sauce and some cheese all together in a box just waiting to be constructed and toasted. YES! It was a CHEESE POSTIE!
Dave Rotheroe, the brainchild behind the world’s first subscription cheese toastie service, kindly send me some to try out. He’s also the chap who founded Lick My Dip so he’s obviously a top bloke.
This toastie is number 8 and called Bloody Mary – it features Red Leicester, Tomato Sauce and Hot Sauce. The Hot Sauce in question is none other than Tubby Tom’s Squealer which is made with Scotch Bonnet Chillies don’t cha know.
I can tell you now that it tasted flippin’ amazing! 🙂
