One of my ventures involves importing Aussie Hot Sauces all the way from Australia back up to Blighty. This is my review of MORNING AFTERBURN from The Chilli Factory in New South Wales. It’s a Hot Chilli Mango Sauce made with Habanero Chillies.
It’s delicious with any seafood, hot tuna or chicken wings and great in stir-fries. You’ll see from the video that I’m rather enjoying it on my ham & pasta salad with cheese, rocket, & cucumber.
